People don’t come to a conflict coach because they want drama. They come because tension is costing them something real: sleep, focus, trust, momentum.
I’m K. I learned early that pressure doesn’t create character, it reveals it. I grew up watching two very different ways of carrying responsibility. One style turned stress into noise. The other turned stress into structure. That contrast became my roadmap. Later, I spent a decade working in high-stakes, cross-cultural environments where a single bad conversation could stall a mission, split a team, or escalate risk. The pattern was consistent: conflict is rarely about the topic. It’s about what the topic threatens: dignity, stability, choice, connection, & fairness.
Now I coach people who are tired of repeating the same conflict, at work, at home, & in their own head. The blow-up meeting. The shutdown. The “we need to talk” that turns into tension. My job is to turn those moments into conversations you can actually get through, with steadiness, respect, & direction.
Coaching Approach
Conflict lives in two places, so we work in two directions.
Inside you: steady your nervous system, sharpen your thinking, choose your next move instead of reacting.
Between you: upgrade how you speak, listen, set boundaries, repair trust, & land outcomes without collateral damage.
Motivation is unreliable. Skills aren’t. This is practical conflict training for real life, built for the moments when you’re triggered, tired, or under pressure.

Outside Coaching
I’m a trade-qualified chef who still thinks food is one of life’s best anchors. I’ve practiced yoga daily since 2020, I’m big on martial arts, & I’ve travelled to more than 50 countries with my wife. Those aren’t just hobbies, they’re how I stay grounded & sharp. I help clients build the same kind of balance, so pressure doesn’t swallow the parts of life that make them feel human.
